Set your Holiday table with china you have created yourself, fill a hutch with a collection of china place settings or add to your collection of china in a tea room or shop. Terry Unnold will teach how to paint four different patterns on sets of Chrysenbon plastic place settings (dinner plate, salad plate, small bowl, cup and saucer.)
Four place settings will be provided along with step by step instructions, paints, gold and silver markers, brushes, and practice sheets. Students may choose to paint the same pattern on all four place settings or paint four different patterns.

Techniques included:
I will be teaching the following techniques: Painting plastic sets of dishes using acrylic paints to look like china in four patterns – Silver Snowflakes, Frosty, Christmas Tree and Antique Limoges Porcelain. Paints, brushes, gold and silver markers and practice sheets will be provided along with dinner service for four (dinner plates, salad plates, small bowls, cups and saucers.) Students may paint all four patterns or a four place set of the same pattern.
Materials/Equipment Needed:
Good Magnification, good lighting, water, paper towels, assorted larger brushes – fine brushes will be provided in your kit
FINISHED DIMENSIONS: Dinner Plates are ¾” in diameter, Saucers are ½” in diameter.
SKILL LEVEL: Students will need the following specific skills: lighting and magnification to paint details on items from ½" to one inch in diameter.
