What is more fun than a tea party for your birthday? How about a Teddy Bear Tea Party? Put on your party hat, your pretty pink tutu and let’s party! The tea pot, tea cups and saucers, cake, cookies, and gift wrapped birthday presents, it’s all there. And this little party vignette can fit a small dome or the acrylic softball case. (case not included)
We will sculpt our little bear on Friday evening, and finish her by painting and flocking her on Saturday afternoon. Her lace tutu and party hats, ribbons, and roses dress her up for the party, and is a fun (and easy) way to dress a bear. After we finish dressing the bear, we will assemble the furniture and decorate the cookies. Everything you need to do a complete vignette is in your kit, her tea table and all the party accessories are included. The furniture is pre-primed mat board, and is easy to assemble and paint. The tea pot and tea cups and saucer are finished with very simple painting techniques in the sample but you can go as crazy as you like. I even supply the gift wrap for her presents.
Techniques included: Basic sculpting & painting. Some furniture assembly.
