My inspiration was Mary Englebrieit’s colorful, fun artwork. We’ll apply & paint siding; paint and drybrush shingles; glue on wallpaper and flooring. The window and posts will be painted and glued in place. The garden will be “planted”, birdhouses built and added. The table is finished with paint and decorative papers. We’ll sponge paint pans, assemble a tiny lamp and prepare lots of fun items for the scene.
Techniques included: dry brushing, landscaping, sponge painting
Materials Needed: scissors, exacto, paint brushes, tacky glue, wood glue, modge podge or wallpaper glue. (paints are included in the kit.)
